Music, animation for children and adults, free food tasting and an exciting competition for the title of Youth Power Master Chef are ready to welcome participants at the old Bandabuliya market on Saturday 17 November 2012, 10:00 – 12:30. Organized by Youth Power and supported by UNDP-PFF the event forms part of the initiative to help revitalise the Bandabuliya market in the old part of Nicosia.

Youth Power Project Manager, Sezis Thompson, states:

“We feel that we’re really making a difference in the life of Bandabuliya and the vendors making their living in it by bringing new, youthful faces to the market place. It’s an honour to be able to contribute to this important focal point in the town of Nicosia, which has been alive since 1932.”
